Welcome to the FutureFit Induction programme. As a Sterkla Coach you have the opportunity to coach our members on the behaviours and inhibitors that will help them unlock their ability to build key skills to remain relevant in the future of work.
You will be taken through a brief introduction to give you some important context, then you will have the opportunity to take the FutureFit Index yourself. This is important, so as to help you personally understand the framework.
Once you have completed the FutureFit Index and have your report, Eric Albertini (Co-Founder of FutureFit), will explain the basic framework of each of the FutureFit skills, giving you a brief description of each, then unpacking their benefits, inhibitors and practices. Each of the videos will be accompanied by a downloadable one page PDF overview with links to the associated dimensions and practices, allowing you to immerse yourself in your understanding of each skill. Once you have worked through these resources, you will be required to take an assessment of understanding.
It is Important to mention that as a coach, you will not be required to teach these skills or be a subject matter expert, but only to understand them and their dimensions within the FutureFit framework. On the back of this understanding you will be required to COACH your clients on developing the behaviours that support these skills, and overcoming the inhibitors to these skills.
