Appointment request not showing in the app

If you have received and appointment request email but don’t see the appointment request in the app, there could be two reasons.

The member may have immediately cancelled the request.

If you are not seeing the appointment request in the app, please make sure that you “Switch to Coach / Tutor” and ensure that you are looking under the “Pending Requests” Screen.

If a member sends you an appointment request but you do not accept it before the appointment start time, then this request will automatically move into “Past Requests” under the appointment request tab, and will carry a “No Response” tag.
