Appointment request not showing in the app

If you have received and appointment request email but don’t see the appointment request in the app, there could be two reasons.

If a member sends you an appointment request but you do not accept it before the appointment start time, then this request will automatically be deleted and will not appear under “Pending Requests”.

If you are not seeing the appointment request in the app, please make sure that you “Switch to Coach / Tutor” and ensure that you are looking under the “Pending Requests” Screen.
