Appointment request not showing in the app

If you have received and appointment request email but don’t see the appointment request in the app, there could be two reasons.

  1. The member may have immediately cancelled the request, and hence it will not show under “Pending Appointments”.

2. If you are not seeing the appointment request in the app, please make sure that you “Switch to Coach” from the “More” menu and ensure that you are looking under the “Pending Requests” screen in the coach app as shown below.

If a member sends you an appointment request but you do not accept it before the appointment start time, then this request will automatically move into “Past Appointments” under the appointment request tab, and will carry a “No Response” tag.
