Cancelling an appointment?

 If for any reason you need to cancel a confirmed appointment, tap the “More” button, then tap “Switch to Coach“, then simply click on the “Appointments” button…

Next, find the appointment you want to cancel, and tap the “Cancel” button, after which you will be prompted to give a reason…

Once you have cancelled the appointment, the member will receive a notification and email informing them of the cancelled appointment and your reason for cancelling. Your client will be fully refunded for this cancelled appointment.

To cancel an appointment using our web application simply navigate to and click the Login/Register button.

Then click “Switch to Coach” –> click “Appointments” —> and click on the appointment you want to cancel, this will open the appointment pop up –> on the appointment pop up, hover your mouse over the 3 dots in the top right corner and click “Cancel Appointment”.

Select Currency
